Toby just arrived to our rescue.  His elderly owner passed away and there was nobody to care for him.  He is a wonderful little guy.  Toby loves everyone he meets.  He is good with other dog.  Toby would do best in a home with older children

PLEASE NOTE:   HHARG does not have a shelter or other physical location. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes.
