Jeremiah is another wonderful senior.  He was taken from his owners due to neglect. Chained to a tree outside with no shelter, food or water.  Little to no human contact.  He spent the last 10 months at the shelter which was an upgrade from the life he once lived.  He is now safely with our rescue in a foster getting all the love and comfort he can.  

PLEASE NOTE:   HHARG does not have a shelter or other physical location. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes.
