Elmo arrived to our rescue from a shelter in Maryland. Poor little guy came in emaciated with wounds to his muzzle and front feet.  We think based on the injuries that he might have been tied up by someone causing these injuries.  Elmo is a fantastic little guy who loves life.  He is great with everyone. 

 

The adoption fee for Elmo is $325.00 and he is up to date on vaccines and neutered
