Frankie is a big dog in a litle dog suit! He is a 1 y.o. Chihuahua mix and weighs about 10 lbs. Frankie is a lot of fun and very affectionate. He gets along well with other dogs and children. His picture doesn't do him justice, he's much cuter in person! All Frankie needs is a family to call his own!

PLEASE NOTE:   HHARG does not have a shelter or other physical location. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes.
