Chico is an adorable tiny 4lbs male chihuahua.  He is a scared little guy who needs a home with alot of patience right now.  He prefers women and needs a quiet home.  He is not good with children.  Chico is good with other dogs. 

PLEASE NOTE:   HHARG does not have a shelter or other physical location. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes.
