Igor is a handsome St Bernard mix.  He arrived to the rescue from a shelter in West Virginia.  Igor was seized due to neglect.  He has a great personality and is good with other dogs.  We are working on getting him to gain some weight

PLEASE NOTE:   HHARG does not have a shelter or other physical location. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes.
