Beagle : : Male
Charlie is a beautiful tri-colored, 1 year old Beagle. Charlie had a rough start in life as he lived outside in a small fenced in area with very little human contact. He is now safe and living indoors with one of our fosters and he's doing great. He was a little scared and apprehensive at first, but is trusting humans more and more each day. Charlie would do best in a home with older children and would love to have a doggie playmate.
