Oreo is a neutered male border collie/lab mix.  He was dumped at a Dollar Tree Store in SW Virginia.  He waited 3 weeks for someone to help him.  He is in a foster home and doing well.

Oreo is crate trained and housebroken.  He is good with everyone

PLEASE NOTE:   HHARG does not have a shelter or other physical location. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes.
