Andy is an adorable 3 month old male chihuahua.  He just arrived with Conner and Tyler from Texas.  Andy loves to snuggle and is very playful. 

PLEASE NOTE:   HHARG does not have a shelter or other physical location. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes.
