Casper and Sugar are a bonded pair of adorable and loving toy poodles. They are very sweet dogs that are looking for a home of their own or a foster home till then! Casper and Sugar were living in terrible conditions with several of their brothers and sisters until Healing Hearts came in and took them into their rescue. Despite this, they are sweet as can be! They get along with all people and are just looking for a home where they have a lap to cuddle in or the attention they deserve. They are about 7 years old, neutered and up to date on vaccines.
