Skippy is the perkiest, sweetest chihuahua you will ever know. This 7 year old chihuahua is very outgoing and loves to be in your lap or any spot near you. Skippy is average sized. He is paper-trained and house trained. His foster absolutely adores him.
Skippy came to Healing Hearts in 2016 with his daughter, Chelsea when their owners couldn't take care of them anymore. Sadly, little Chelsea was diagnosed with heart failure and died July 2018.
