Oliver is a wonderful gentle old soul.  He just arrived from a shelter in Maryland.  Oliver is deaf and missing one eye.  He is able to get around well.  Oliver is very thin but we will work on him gaining weight.  He is looking for a retirement home where he can enjoy life

PLEASE NOTE:   HHARG does not have a shelter or other physical location. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes.
